This article says the memo refers to a "global launch", so even if true, that would be adverse events globally and not expected to be in the vaers database.
But I don't believe a President of a company like that would send out that kind of information on a client to it's employees in a memo.

Exactly. Those commercials and printed ads cover three things:
1. The wonderful things the drug does
2. Under what conditions you should not take the drug, and,
3. The potential side effects of the drug.
All we hear about the COVID shots is item 1. They won't talk about anything else.
