This article says the memo refers to a "global launch", so even if true, that would be adverse events globally and not expected to be in the vaers database.
But I don't believe a President of a company like that would send out that kind of information on a client to it's employees in a memo.
And the people in Afghanistan that are stuck there now didn’t believe they would be stuck there.
