NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Tennessee's former top vaccine official Dr. Michelle Fiscus said she was sent a muzzle one week before she was fired from her position. However, according to an investigation by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, the package was sent to her from an Amazon account in her name.
The case investigation finding was first reported by Axios. The state said the case was closed on Monday.
After Fiscus was sent the muzzle in early July, Homeland Security was contacted to investigate who sent the package. The package did not have a return address or any identifying data that indicated who sent the package.
The report says Fiscus initially believed the dog muzzle was sent by a colleague as a prank or a joke, but after speaking with the colleague who denied sending the package, Fiscus suspected it was sent as a veiled threat due to her job. She told investigators due to her role in the state's COVID-19 vaccination program and her authoring a memo on Tennessee’s “Mature Minor” doctrine, she had been singled out for criticism by some people in the public and several state legislators.
According to state documents, Amazon was subpoenaed to release information on who sent the package. The subpoena found two accounts in Fiscus' name, one she shared with investigators and another account used to purchase the muzzle.

More:
“Based on the information provided to us by Amazon via subpoena, and on information derived from interviews, there is no evidence to indicate that the dog muzzle was intended to threaten Dr. Fiscus. The results of this investigation indicate that purchases from both Amazon accounts were charged to the same American Express credit card in the name of Dr. Michelle D. Fiscus," the report says. "At the time, there appears to be no threat toward Dr. Fiscus associated with receipt of the dog muzzle."
Did she wear it.
Reminds me of EBay sending dead birds to people of the wrong political pursuasion - acting like thugs. Ebay CEO is deep stater.
Amazon CEO is also deep stater. Recalling someone, I think it was schumer, bragging “they have seven ways to Sunday to ‘get you’.
BTNOMB /h

Admittedly, someone at Amazon could have created the second account and even used her AmEx card to pay for the purchase.
Apparently she pays no attention to her card statements.
Now why am I thinking thus is another hoax like Gail Soro and the horse head she had placed in her pool?

It’s a MUZZLE. Be glad it wasn’t a “Noose”, or a Bolo tie that kinda looked like a noose. Let it go! Let it go!
She made it into a huge deal. Homeland Security was notified over this?
Sounds like another hate hoax.
Sounds like another hate hoax.
Sounds like she shoulda been terminated long, long ago.
Q: Were the funds that purchased it taken from one of her accts?
If she purchased it there should be a record of payment.
Oh, yeah, I sent that myself and then I ...uh....forgot.
Interesting - same last name as a disgraced former USAF TJAG.
She probably sent it to herself.
You bet your ass Amazon has the IP address that the order was placed from on file. They can tell you what IP, what payment method was used to pay for it, and probably a bunch of other stuff I’ve never considered.
And they usually do a poor job of covering their tracks. This fool even put it her own name. Gee, they were never going to never figure that out….
Did it say this is vaccine country?
Not a common name.
