Today's Morning Joe offered the spectacle of a stunning contrast between two Democrats—one, an angry Mika Brzezinski, the other totally cynical—on the issue of Biden's Afghanistan fiasco.
On the one hand, Brzezinski. As anti-Trump as ever, but passionately blaming Biden for "leaving to die" Afghans who had helped America. Brzezinski notably didn't blame what she last week lambasted as the DeSantis "death cult." Mika also said that as much as Trump can be blamed, ultimately, "Joe Biden made this decision."
On the other, there was Dem hack/MSNBC analyst Adrienne Elrod [veteran of Biden and Hillary campaigns], who falsely claimed that Biden couldn't have foreseen the fiasco. She recommended that Biden "reiterate" that he was "boxed in" by Trump and was "merely carrying out what his predecessor had negotiated."

It is monumentally desperate—— inasmuch as there is corroboration of the DECISION to exit Afghanistan by FIRST negating the deal Trump made and extending the time to exit to September 11th!
The Taliban set in motion this attack and revolt on the basis of BIDEN/HARRIS (and Harris is on national tv in April record proudly bragging her advice and major player in the decision. They OWN this.
Secondly- Trump left the ENTIRE detailed plan he had set up for JoeBama to refer to. They decided, as did Gen. Milley to NOT follow this sequence. And started by giving up Bagram Airbase first...

What they are saying is, Biden is weak and still controlled and manipulated by Trump, even though Trump has no voice in government, nor a voice in any media.
