If the vaccines worked, why don’t they work.

Employees who are not vaccinated would pose no risk to their fellow vaccinated employees, if the vaccines worked.

If the vaccines don’t work, then mandating them is the definition of insanity.

They aren’t vaccines.

They don’t work.

Believe it or not, whether they "work" or not isn't the real point. The issue is that a jury in a civil trial is likely to rule against a company that doesn't demonstrate that they've taken "ordinary" protective measures in the event the employer is sued after a COVID outbreak.

Many of these employers have probably been advised by their lawyers that the risk of doing nothing is greater than the risk of doing ANYTHING (even if it doesn't work).
