That’s what I believe is going to happen, I’m just worried about side effects of the social life like the doctor’s appointments and starting school cuz I’ve already had this and I’m O positive blood and I normally take supplements anyways so I’m not worried about the virus affecting me. However last fall when I had called it the first time it took 10 days for me to start spitting up blood and they confirmed that I had covid pneumonia on the CAT scan and I do think I’ve lost maybe 5% of my lung strength but I’ve also been sitting down doing nothing and it may just be I’m out of shape and fat.
Yeah that was me, I forgot what the subject was but there was some breaking news and I literally had to go to the shower take a shower for work or something and I just made it, to somebody I got to go take a shower keep posting I want to see if there’s anything updated that your news source has... The end of July I had to have a Covid swab test before the doctor would do a gastroscopy and colonoscopy on me. They told me if I was vaccinated, I didn't need to have the test. I asked them why not, since it's a known fact that vaccinated people can still get Covid, die from it, and pass it on to others. The only answer I got back was: "I don't make the rules." I had the test, and it must have been negative because I got the procedures done as scheduled.
The joke is, that the CDC has just announced that as of December 31st, they will be withdrawing their request for emergency use of those PCR nasal swab tests, because they aren't accurate...can't tell the difference between Covid and the flu. My main reason initially, for not getting the vaccine, was that they didn't have an accurate test for the virus. I was right all along. Since at least April, I've also started believing that the vaccines are causing the variants. Now I'm seeing actual doctors, and scientists, saying the same thing.

I just went through something similar.
Not me but my kids.
They were exposed on Sunday to a cousin, who tested positive on Tuesday.
She wasn’t showing symptoms on Sunday.
And fortunately I had provided both kids home Covid test kits from walmart online ($25 each). They tested negative on Wednesday and again on Friday. Whew!!
One is about to start a new job and the other is starting Doctoral work. So yeah, Covid right now could really mess up some plans.
If that guy is not showing symptoms, he’s probably just jerking you around.

Sorry to hear it - sounds like you had a much more serious version than average - makes sense that you wouldn’t want to mess around with it.
Why waste money on tests? Test does not cure anything, and does not stop covid. Just practice quarantine at home to prevent spread of highly infectious covid virus, and take D vitamin in natural form and if that is not possible there always are pills from bottle. Cod liver oil, fresh fish, eggs & mushrooms are great source of natural vitamin D.

How do you know it was indeed Covid and not just headache and sniffles?
People have been diagnosed with having Covid more than once. Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro had it twice. But of course, that depends on how accurate the tests are that are administered. President Trump got the vaccine before leaving The White House, despite having been diagnosed with Covid.

I don't think you can contract Covid over the internet, so don't rush to the shower just yet......./
But that may change next week and we all should start worrying..........
My son has been traveling mostly internationally 3 out of 4 weeks every month for a few years. He hasn’t had even a cold either. I am continuing to say God answers prayers.

Try not to worry too much, listen to the good advice relating to supplements upthread, and if you have a good doctor, let them know - maybe they have something up their sleeve, re: ivermectin, or monoclonal therapy.

Myfreedoctor is backlogged but if you put in there that you have been exposed they may get to you faster if you want some scripts. They sent a message to keep sending a message every twelve hours . They sent out scripts to 300 people the other day.
