We need more research into why people are having the various adverse reactions so that the adverse reactions can be mitigated, or a better vaccine without the adverse reactions developed.

Case fatality rate is another data point.
Persons in a free country are allowed and expected to assess their individual risk and act accordingly.
Calling people morons or murderers because their individual risk assessment differs from the official narrative is nonsense and unethical.
