Organizers required attendees to wear masks at any indoor spaces, and all guests had to show either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to enter the festival. (Some 600 people were turned away on Thursday, the festival’s first day, for not having either).
These photos give a sense of the massive turnout for Lollapalooza, which was one of the biggest public gatherings in the US since the start of the pandemic.

I live in that area and I haven’t been to Lollapalooza in years. Too hard to leave in a hurry when the wrong sort show up in force.

According to Faucism, large gatherings of “woke” pop concerts, riots, looting, statue tearing downs ex-president birthday bashes near the seashore, Democrats fleeing Texas and thousands of unknown, untested, unvaccinated migrants crossing the border are somehow immune from Covid19.
But... large motorcycle gatherings, maskless school rooms and going out to dinner without your “vaccine passport” are super spreader events and must be banned. Covid19 knows who you are and will act accordingly!
Almost as big as Obama’s birthday bash.
I bet there were 3X as many STDs transmitted compared to Covid.
Lollapalooza hasn’t been good since the 90’s.
Rename it a Black Lives Matter rally and the media won’t care if Covid spreads because of it.
