Almost all governments around the world have so far resisted making Covid vaccination mandatory for their citizens, although many have introduced forms of Covid vaccination certificates, passes or passports that allow the immunized bearer more freedoms and work opportunities than unvaccinated people.
Aspects of daily life are increasingly complicated for anyone who is not vaccinated against Covid, and there is a rising sense of anger and injustice among those who reject the vaccine.
Despite protests among groups against such moves, the freedom to travel, work, socialize and engage in leisure activities is increasingly determined by our Covid vaccination status.
Nationally the U.S. has ruled out making Covid vaccination mandatory...But some states are moving toward more restrictions for unvaccinated people.
There are many individuals who are unhappy about the trend toward differentiating between the vaccinated and unvaccinated. Marco De Matteo, a young Neapolitan man who is a travel enthusiast, is angry about the situation in Italy where a “green pass” has been introduced, likening the situation to a “health and economic dictatorship.”
The pass is a digital or paper certificate that shows if someone has received at least one shot of a vaccine, has tested negative or has recently recovered from the coronavirus. The pass is now needed for any Italian citizen to access indoor bars and restaurants, cinemas, museums or gyms and will soon be required for travel and some jobs, such as teachers. Those who refuse will be suspended.
France has introduced a “health pass,” meaning that individuals have to prove they are fully vaccinated, recently tested negative, or have recently recovered from the virus if they want to access cafes, restaurants, cinemas, museums and theaters. The pass has proved controversial, stoking protests attracting thousands of people who say the pass restricts civil liberties.

One of my friends (over 50 years) is bragging on Facebook about getting vaccinated. He happens to be Jewish and lost family in the Holocaust. I messaged him, “First they came for the unvaccinated.” I haven’t heard back. Sigh.
They just keep pushing people. From my perspective I’d say get ready for a lot of trouble and violence as I am becoming confident this is exactly what they’re pushing for.

I think many folks have gotten too comfortable and too trusting of authority figures...typical of late stage empires.
It’s hard to tell from only personal experience, but in my case, hardly anyone I know supports mandates or these passports.
There was a lot of enthusiasm in some local government circles, but they seem to be proceeding with extreme caution, so this looks like a good time to push back.
And I don’t care about the vaccine wars here, or anywhere else. If you want the shot, take the shot. If you don’t want it, don’t take it. The crazy shouting on both sides really is beside the point, it’s a matter of whether we’re going to go along with this “show your papers” mandate or not.
How do you tell your employer NO when they are telling employees they need to get the shots when they work from home on computer and have NO face to face contact with employees or customers?
The fascists are creating two classes of people, and telling one to hate the other. This is something that they are very skilled at doing! Black vs White, gay vs normal, muz vs Christian, etc.
Once they have divided us, they teach us to direct all the anger and blame on the other.
The Non-vaxd are already being blamed for what’s happening. And they are being excluded more and more. What will happen when the unvaxd are kept from EVERYTHING - stores, public buildings, transportation, restaurants? Will they go out into the streets to revolt? (I doubt it). Will the politicians then order them mowed down?
I think you’re right. They’re pushing, poking, daring us to react. They want to do be able to blame us for what they’ve got planned. Every day it’s something else.
Yet..the ones who got the experimental treatment are the ones who introduced something into their bodies that alters their physiology (like alcohol). There have been multiple incidents of drivers at the drive-through injection sites having seizures after getting injected.
Has their been any study done on operating a motor vehicle after taking the experimental treatment? Medications are required to include such warnings, why not the experimental treatment? Blood clots, enlarged hearts, seizures, etc. certainly impair driving, but that's okay?
As for comparing them to terrorists, the "unvaccinated" have done nothing except go about their normal routines, while the data points toward the ones who got injected causing new strains of a bio-weapon virus. Why drop a bio-weapon on people when they'll so willing to spread it themselves?

I’m vaccinated as is most of my family but not my 16 year old daughter. She and I (and her dad) are trying to hold out for a better vaccine for her than is currently available. Only the Pfizer is available for her age group and it barely works against the variant anyway. Every day though I tell her (so she can be informed) of the additional restrictions she faces by remaining unvaccinated.
She’s in CA and in school so if she’s “exposed” to a case she will have to miss 10 days of sports, even if testing negative and even if symptomless. If she were vaccinated, she would miss no sports.
Now she can’t eat in SF restaurants (no loss). She can’t go indoors anywhere in LA. She can’t visit her Grandmother in the hospital next week getting cancer treatment. Biden is thinking of interstate travel restrictions. Luckily she already returned from summer trips to NC and OR. The squeeze tightens daily. She’ll definitely need it to go to her brother’s wedding in the UK in 2022 and to college in CA in 2023. But we were/are trying to hold off as long as possible. We might be folding soon.
For her the vaccine is only needed for access reasons, not health reasons. Very sad times for our nation.

Depends on if you are willing to risk your job. I’m lucky in that I work only for myself from home as I’m retired and just an investor now. It’s much harder for employed folks and I sympathize with them.
My position is everyone should make their own medical choices and leave each other alone whether to get the shots or not.
it’s a divide between the experimentals and anti-experimentals...
If you read my entire post, I also contemplate the views of the militant anti vaccination people.
My point is that this, like so much else, is a State’s Rights issue.
As far as ‘experimental’ goes- either got the jab or you’re in the control group :-)
What is next, withholding social security for older Americans if they don’t comply?
