We need more AGs like this.

That was very well said.
Well, has he actually forbidden mandates in his state? Talk is cheap.
Impressive!
Actually it's quite valuable when you're trying to make the move from state AG to US senate. Could be early campaign mode.
That was cool...
bkmk
AGs don’t make laws, Legislators do.
While we are not there yet, this was what was moving along...

Some would agree that private entities have private property rights, others, like me, disagree when it comes the topic we are discussing. I’m not a libertarian, nor a statist.
We could perhaps allow businesses to require shots for continued employment if they sign a document assigning all liability to the business if the person receiving the shot suffers as a result of it. Let’s see how the Chamber of Commerce likes THAT one.
Uh, the chambers don’t care one way or the other as long as membership dues keep rolling in. The U.S. chamber is way far gone to the left so screw them.
I like that idea. Chamber of Commerce wouldn’t of course. The best course of action for the maskholes and Vax tyrants is to not patronize any establishment that requires them. Heading to Greensboro,NC for a wedding soon and I find myself looking at restaurants that have no guidance. If I get there and they require masks I will go elsewhere.

I like your thinking!
We need more of this.
