The report presents the results of studies LENR Processes in Condensed Matter using the ion accelerator HELIS.
The results of measurements of the DD-reaction yields from the Pd/PdO:Dx and the Ti/TiO2:Dx structures in the energy range of 10 − 25 keV are presented. The neutron and proton fluxes are measured using a neutron detector based on 3He-counters and a CR-39 plastic track detector. Comparisons with calculations show significant effect of DD-reaction yield enhancement.
It was first shown that the impact of the H+ and Ne+ ion beams in the energy range of 10–25 keV at currents of 0.01–0.1 mA on the deuterated structures results in the appreciable DD-reaction yield stimulation. It was also studied the neutron yield in DD reactions within a polycrystalline deuteriumsaturated textured CVD diamond and Pd, during an irradiation of its surface by a deuterium ion beam with the energy less than 30 keV.
The measurements of the neutron flux in the beam direction are performed in dependence on the target angle, β, with respect to the beam axis. A significant anisotropy in neutron yield is observed. The results were explained by channeling of both deuterium ions and neutrons (DD reaction products).
It was shown that when exposed beams D+ ions on the target TiDx heat generation is far superior heat production with beams of H+ and Ne+ , depending on the concentration of deuterium in the target and beam current density of deuteron. The possibility of calorimetric studies and the search for promising materials for LENR processes are discussed. 2
for the cold fusion ping list
Does anybody really care?
yes people do care for clean energy,
and what has been the PLANNED
systematic coverup of cold fusion (sorta like HCQ).
Good job, kevmo.

Something is going on in this segment of science. There are a considerable number of research groups studying the matter. -Sidebar Moderator
Yes...see the ping list for cold fusion.
And take your snark elsewhere...it isn't wanted on these threads.
Absolutely!
Once it was thought to be impossible.
Then improbable.
Then possible.
Now ALL western governments/military have research programs devoted to it.
Cold Fusion is hot................
It is my prediction that ‘cold fusion’ will succeed, not in these huge devices they are planning, but in small home generator sized appliances.
Not ‘Mr. Fusion’ sized, but devices that are about the same size as your central AC unit outside your home...............
Concur...and sooner than everybody thinks.
And yet, I’m STILL fighting off the seagulls.
Unfortunately, not sooner than I thought. I lost money taking that financial jump too early, and the bottom of the pool wasn’t filled.
But for those who are building a portfolio, I recommend Capstone Turbine. They build Stirling cycle turbines to harness point loads of heat (usually that means burning waste). When LENR hits, it will be a point source of continuous heat.
It’s like investing in Levi’s Jeans right before the gold rush. They were a good investment just as they were if the place was gonna be all farmland, but they really took off when the miners needed that exact hardiness of clothing. Ordinary ROI if it doesn’t hit, big ROI if it does hit.
