I credit those things for helping me to keep safe. Been doing iodine since early last year after seeing an ent talk about it.
I put 5 to 10 drops of iodine in my coffee every morning. It is the best anti-viral you can get. It has no taste and I don’t even get so much as a head cold since I have been taking it.

What’s the new dosage per Dr Kory, .4 to .6 mg/kg once a day for 5 days??
