Restaurants can ask for a proof of vaccination (despite HIPPA laws) because, well, healthcare.

If abortion really is women’s health care can restaurants refuse service to women who have had an abortion?

And why would the 4th Amendment apply to one and not the other?

Restaurant owners can already refuse service to those who’ve had abortions.

I wondered since employers can require a ‘vaccine’ can they require a woman to have an abortion.

Google says the answer is ‘yes’

I guess if you sleep with one of your employees you can require them to take the day after pill as a condition of employment

they would rationalize it as one being a public health issue and one is not

its convenient to compartmwntalize it that way for them, but it doesn’t satisfy me personally as being valid

Exclusion laws and regs legally circumscribe defined groups.

So ChiCom WuHu Poison Jab people are not protected, nor are Free Thinkers who choose to keep their own bodies safe.

You can exclude anyone for any reason, except legally protected groups.

No Jab? No Service. Is OK.
Virus Shedding Jab-bots Not Permitted. Fine too.

They are NOT legally protected groups.

Will be interesting to see which side gets ADA “protection” first.

Jab-Bots or Free Thinkers.

that’s ridiculous even for this site.
I think you are the only person in the world who thought this was an idea for a restaurant.

Really, it should be standard practice. Why pay for family leave when you can just mandate an abortion?

Is it not the same thing?

Google says the answer is ‘yes’

Not that I doubt you, but I'd love to see further info on that.

I guess if you sleep with one of your employees you can require them to take the day after pill as a condition of employment

That would make for an interesting proposition.

I beg to differ.

There. Fixed it.

It is ridiculous to require a vaccine to eat at a restaurant.
