The Californians who think the government should not dictate what they drive and therefore leave will mostly be welcome additions to other states. Yes, just ask all the lifelong Coloradan, Arizonian, Idahoan, Washingtonian, Utahan, Oregonian and Montanan (et al.) families how eager they are to lie down with those fresh new wonderful Californians on the way.
For sanities' sake, man, how do you think California got the way it is?

Propane or natural gas less milage plus cost of retrofit could if the GOP figures out how to harp on these facts to the voters they could screw the democrats but I have faith they will screw shit up !
