Kathryn Ivey, who reportedly works in a Nashville, Tenn., hospital, posted a powerful Twitter thread this week describing how her feelings of helplessness in earlier stages of the pandemic have transitioned to anger...

“Walking through the much smaller covid unit was like walking through a graveyard,” Ivey wrote.
But now, “it is so much worse, this time,” Ivey continued. “We all have so much less to give. We are still bearing the fresh and heavy grief of the last year and trying to find somewhere to put all this anger. But the patients don’t stop coming. And the anger doesn’t stop coming.”
Ivey described feeling defeated at the same time, like “Nothing we do makes a difference.”

It's a hard life lesson to accept that some things you can fix and some things you just can't. Especially when that mental box of can't fix grows so much larger than the mental box of good to go.

Doing nothing for patients and watching them get worse isn’t good for anyone but if you’re a rookie, well, figure it out.

She like most if not almost all in that field has surely been medicating herself with one or another widely known COVID-19-effective therapeutic like HCQ or Ivermectin or both for almost as long as the recent unpleasantness has been underway. Let any of them known to have at least half a brain try to deny it. They would fool nobody with 1/4 of a brain.

Why were these people in the ICU admitted? What covid specific treatments were being given to these patients in order to try to save their lives? What medications were given?
