1st, 2nd and now 3rd....

Plus several other holes in the bill or rights...

Is the country even salvageable anymore?

Nope, I don’t buy it.

This amendment, as I see it, says that we, as citizens cannot be required or forced by government to house military personnel in our private residences against our will.

It has nothing to do with anyone NOT paying his/her rent, military or not.

How about the 5th Amendment?
“...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law;
nor shall private property be taken for public use,
without just compensation.”

The Court of Supreme Whim already concluded the CDC had no such power to hold up evictions. Xiden did it anyways. Clearly an impeachable offense but nowhere near as dangerous as a phone call! /s

Awww. That’s cute. You think we have a Constitution that is actually worth a damn.

But, to answer your question: No. It’s not.

I knew it when they implemented this imprisonment last year with no law written or signed that this would be the next weapon against Americans.
First and Second Amendment are now considered void by Presidential Mandate.

Attempting to invalidate the terms of a valid contract is something the government doesn’t have the right to do.
No branch of government has that right.

The action by cdc and biden is illegal, wrong, and unconstitutional.

Since no one is marching on Washington, justice will not be restored. (Did you notice how they just made a march on Washington illegal?)

What a situation.

Landlords, who generally are not loved by any tenant, have lost the one weapon they had to make the system work - the support of government in the enforcement of contracts.

Can one now rent a summer home for a month and refuse to leave? Why not? Seriously, what’s to stop you?

As if the US Constitution meant anything to the leftist/fascist democrats. Rather than guiding principles, to them it is a laundry list of things to overcome. They are, each and every one, un-American and anti-American.

The CDC has no authority to decide anything.

It’s crazy. It’s just a junta, acting as if there are laws supporting their unconstitutional edicts.

I think Biden admin (illegitimate) would claim that state of emergency allows this.

How about people who ARE paying their rent? Do they get a free pass too?

And how about mortgage payments?

It’s cute people think the Constitution still has any meaning in today’s America.

In case you’re wondering why nobody declares war anymore, yet we seem to be in a never ending war...well, wonder no more.

https://www.niskanencenter.org/why-america-wont-declare-war/

Not mentioned in the above article is that international trade would be severely effected also, many of our ships and planes based in other countries would have to move lest we involve a third party in the “war” which does not want to be involved.

So, as a result, we will never again declare war. Police actions! Oh, well, you can’t have too many police actions, now, can you?

To successfully undermine the Constitution is to erode the very foundation of our Republic. The Democrat/Communist/Left Party’s goal, kicked off in 2008 by obama (”we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America”) is proceding nearly flawlessly in accordance with their very well-crafted plan.

Third Amendment?!?! Pfft. As the late Joe Sobran liked to point out, the Constitution poses no threat whatsoever to our present form of government.

Even if we were, the CDC edict is NOT lawful anyways (prescribed by law).

Here's the reality of the situation.

It's 2021 and the America is ruled by Woke Marxism.

The Constitution is irrelevant because it was written by white slave owning males and the Supreme Court is illegitimate because Mitch McConnell stole Merrick Garland's rightful seat and President Trump wouldn't let the Democrats pick RBG's replacement.

Evict someone? The cops aren't going to do it. Not in blue cities. And if you try to evict someone yourself, a Soros-bought district attorney will ensure you rot in prison.

This is where we are right now.
