Where have you seen abortion or gay marriage in the Constitution?

Somewhere in that part about the authority given to the Supreme Court.

I’m starting a petition to have a case of Ball Park Franks, Oscar Mayer Weiners and hot dog buns delivered to me in Sicily. I figure that’ll help move the AZ election decertification in the right direction about as much as a petition to decertify the election in AZ will.

Rumor has it that the results are far more damning than anybody thought they would be. SO much so that the auditors are scared of what the right might do when they are publicised.

I've had a gut full of hearing this week in, week out.

Publish the damned results.

Enough of this "Oh, we found cheating and it was way worse than suspected!" That's all we've been hearing.

SHOW US THE PROOF NOW!

As I understand it, the 1% refers to video examples showing Dominion to be culpable in lying about internet connectivity as a feature on their machines, albeit not proudly advertised and for good reason.

Petition wants your name, email and phone. Donation is optional.

Yes, you’re right. I remember when that came out. Looking forward to the release of the full audit results. I want to see cold, hard numbers when it does, not nebulous bs like “we found some irregularities blablabla.” I want proof, no matter what that proof will indicate. Better be tight and bulletproof.

>>> Do you have to give your email...

I have no idea... but why???

Why a petition?

This is like going to court, making it all the way through discovery, all the way through closing arguments, and as the Jury is deliberating and prepared to announce their verdict,

the jury spokesperson comes out and decrees that an opinion poll is in order.

Decertify the election? Where have I seen that in the U.S. Constitution?

Courts of law always invalidate proven fraudulent legal instruments. Nothing new.

Not sure why you think the US Constitution protects fraud.

Jack Sellers is the name of the poumpus a-hole who blew off the subpoena from the Senate demanding his presence to answer questions.

Rather than a petition I think an organized protest is more in order.

In front of wherever this pimple works we assemble a real live working guillotine. We then roll in a wooden cart with an effigy of Sellers in it. To the sound of drums we read the charges against him. Then the effigy is pulled from the cart and stuck into a stockcade and whipped. Then pulled out where it then is tarred and feathered. Finally it gets put into the guillotine and gets its head chopped off to much cheering.

I think that would get the point across that he needs to cooperate.

What is “decertification”, in either US or Arizona law?

In AZ the citizens can put an initiative on the ballot that has the force of a state statute or a constitutional amendment. Basically you’d need about 350,000 signatures.
The legislature can do the same with a majority vote.
It would then be on the 2022 ballot.

This petition could be testing the waters.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Gay marriage, abortion, and de-certifying false election results all fall under this clause. How would you feel as a state legislator when it becomes obvious that you were duped by false results?

“Courts of law always invalidate proven fraudulent legal instruments.”

No, only “a judgment obtained directly by fraud, and not merely a judgment founded on a fraudulent instrument; for, in general, the court will not go again into the merits of an action for the purpose of detecting and annulling the fraud.” - https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/98/61

“Petition wants your name, email and phone. Donation is optional.”

And that’s the answer for “why a petition?”

Everyone uses petitions now to build mailing lists, not to actually influence anything.

Online petitions are used to compile mailing lists. They don’t really influence anything

It has been said:

You can’t cheat if the election isn’t close.

I never quite understood that, I’m stupid, but here it is.

If one of the candidates gets such a huge number of votes, the opponent must get a humongous amount to cheat, so much so that the numbers exceed the voting universe.

I think I am witnessing that right now.

Regardless of the Constitution, something MUST be done.

Have a constitutional convention if you have to, but this has to be settled.

We live in......

That was the name of a book by Hugh Hewitt a few years ago. I wonder what he’s been saying about the election. I haven’t listened to him in about a year.
