No it isn’t.
God does not temp anyone to sin. The acts are condemned as sin in the both the Old and New Testament. As is calling evil good and good evil.
Homosexuality is a sin, like lust, theft, murder, disobedience to parents, fornication, adultery, and gossip. You cannot read the Bible and come to any other conclusion.
Presumption is drawing a conclusion with NO evidence. It is presumptuous to say “God made them that way” when you cannot find any place, in any religion that I know of that says God OK’d that behavior.
Assuming same sex relations are a sin, then how do you rank that sin against your own?
Should people seek you out and beat you up for your sin as well?
Do you condone public shame and violence against all sinners?
It was a sin even BEFORE the 'law' was given - Genesis 13:13
