Reading his argument, I invoke Godwin's Law.
My only response is: these hacks aren't "following the science", they're following the money. A forensic study of where the money is flowing would tell us an awful lot about what is the truth.
The other thing to be considered is if they are behaving like this, there really is something (in the form of deliberate deceit or other miscreant behaviour) to hide.

It’s already a federal crime to abridge the constitutional right of freedom of speech, which would cover the freedom to criticize Fauci.
Professor Peter Hotez needs to familiarize himself with the constitution and the amendments to the constitution.
He might end up in jail himself.

Hate is a Motive, it isn’t a Crime.
We are living in an Episode of the Twilight Zone and the entire Government is Anthony.
Squaring the 1st Amendment with this call to “extend federal hate-crime protections” is not possible yet they continue to do so. UGLY!
IMHO, the true “hate crime” was NIH’s funding of “research” that aided and abetted the development of a virus that killed many thousands of people!
And, also, NIAID.

Hotez is the simp that wanted Texas to completely close for 6 weeks.
Which “scientists” or “doctors” get this protection?

preventative and cure.
so FauXi’s removal of a therapy that works,
to promote his patented, royalty-bearing, Gain-of-Function,

and hopefully Justice for the more than 7000 murders.
