More like setting in cute movie Wall-E in which the humans have to flee a polluted earth and for hundreds of years humans were taken care of by robots...the result....low bone mass, mobidly obese, happy, tame, stupid humans that are being ruled by AI:

There’s a hilarious Simpsons bit sort of along these lines. Homer goes to an old age home (iirc) and sees all these old geezers in increasing states of decline. Some are being fed, some are having fluids pumped in, etc. To the viewer it looks kind of awful, but to Homer? Well, to Homer this looks like the life of Riley! Finally he sees folks on breathing tubes, again, to the viewer this is kind of terrifying, but to Homer? Nope, he thinks it’s great, the ultimate life without effort!
