Over 2 million have been hospitalized. Survival can consist of near-death, extended and repeat hospitalizations, intubations, temporary or long term disability, physical and speech therapy, etc.
just so people don’t think 99% or 98.2% will be as if nothing ever happened. But it is a shiny little brass ring, isn’t it?
