Spent my first four years in the Army at Bragg. I learned that you leave Fayetteville to do anything and everything.

Go to the fort bragg. credit union and ask for the list of
repossessed cars .
Many service folk stop car payments once they are sent overseas .
the credit union gets them back .

“No one pays him,”
He is a millionaire. The ads alone on his YouTube channel has made him millions.

Not Carmax. They’re not going to have anything in the eight to $12,000 price range.
Try Car Gurus.

No...no...no! Never buy anything from a rental company. People abuse them badly and they’re not maintained properly.
To: yetidog
Try Scotland Motors in LAURINBURG. Sells new and used cars and are generally fair.

Check the resale lot on base; there should be something there with all of the transfers happening in the summer. Also check nearby Air Force, Marine (Cherry Point) and Navy bases.
Check into military discounts offered by many manufacturers if buying something new.

Rev up your engines!
Scotty would probably recommend a Toyota.
To: In_Iowa_not_from
Probably
Or a honda
Saving for a few model years of certain vehicles that have either transmission problems or engine problems, but there are not that many
The japanese tend to correct their problems quickly and learn from them

Would a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.0 automatic come close to your recommendation?

That reminds me of the times I would drive to Nashville on I-24. As I’d get close to Ft. Campbell, I noticed a dramatic increase in late model Mustangs and Camaros. Oh, to be young again!
