I do everything normally.
In addition to Intermittent Fasting, I also try to do low carbs and very often Keto diet.
Joe Rogan talks about both on his podcasts. Look them up. Very knowledgeable guests. Lots of science behind both.
My one meal is a good sized meal. (OMAD)
Thank you. I’m trying a few new things. When I tried the intermittent fasting for a few days, it was not pleasant, therefore not sustainable. Maybe I was doing it wrong. I didn’t lose any weight either.
