Do you do hard physical work on the days you fast? I think I would fall over if I keep up with my work and eat nothing but one meal. Also, how many calories do you have at your noon session? Is it a big meal?
I do everything normally.
In addition to Intermittent Fasting, I also try to do low carbs and very often Keto diet.
Joe Rogan talks about both on his podcasts. Look them up. Very knowledgeable guests. Lots of science behind both.
My one meal is a good sized meal. (OMAD)
