I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for over 3 years and probably will for the rest of my life.
Many many benefits.
I still can have and do have my cheat days and I recommend those days.
I eat once a day around noon and don’t usually eat until the next day at the same time.
I adjusted in 3 days no problem.
Do you do hard physical work on the days you fast? I think I would fall over if I keep up with my work and eat nothing but one meal. Also, how many calories do you have at your noon session? Is it a big meal?
