Less than 0.004% of people fully vaccinated against Covid-19 experienced a breakthrough case resulting in hospitalization and less than 0.001% died from the disease, according to the latest data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The data highlights what leading health experts across the country have highlighted for months: Covid-19 vaccines are very effective at preventing serious illness and death from Covid-19 and are the country's best shot at slowing the pandemic down and avoiding further suffering.

The seven-day average of new doses administered in the US is now 652,084, up 26% from three weeks ago.The difference is even more striking in several southern states: Alabama's seven-day average of new doses administered is more than double what it was three weeks ago.
I think the comparison is hypothetical, but the scenarios make sense to me.
I've always heard that if you produce a product (or service) that 100 people buy but 1 product/service is bad, that is 1% of the total but it's since it's only 1, no one pays attention.
Take that up to 1,000,000 people buying the product/service and you still have a 1% failure rate, but that then becomes 10,000 people with a failed product/service and EVERYBODY notices!
When I see anything traces back to mainstream media I immediately move on. MSM has zero credibility, and it’s a waste of time to give them one second of attention.
Or about the same as healthy people under the age of 60 who caught the virus ans we’re not vaccinated???
The 1st time the Rat MSM reported 0.001% mortality.
FU, ATT.
we can exclusively reveal that the vast majority of people allegedly dying of Covid-19 had been vaccinated against it.
Who would have thought in the 80s Pravda would be more “truthful” than the American Media in 2020+
No, that’s around .2%.
“So why is CDC so concerned about the delta variant”
Because it really is the Audit Variant. Wait to see what they cone up with for the Midterm Variant.
"Out of more than 4.8 million vaccinated North Carolinians, just 7,297 are potential breakthrough cases, ..."
So, during the same time period, how many cases of covid in unvaccinated people were there? Without that comparison the figure 7,297 is meaningless and so are the hospitalization and death rates.
Agreed.
The article is about vaccinated people.
You could look up a comparison and post it though.
I’ll do it for even though it is late:
It says vaccines reduce the risk of severe disease or death 10-fold and reduce the risk of infection three-fold.

It’s the “cry wolf” problem. They’ve lied to us so many times, why should we believe them this time? It’s time to shutter the defective government agencies. (BTW, can anyone name an agency or department that has not lied to us?)
That’s what ABC says? What the CDC says? lol
I could TRY to look up the comparison but all I’d get the same type of propaganda your posting.
Wow,CNN. Impressive 😁
That’s weak.
ABC is reporting on CDC.
Wowsers,ABC,more impressive 😁
Ping me with your contrary information.
