But, does Hunter Biden really need such a fancy house?

What’s $83 million in crypto “dollars”?

But, does Hunter Biden really need such a fancy house? Well, no, but it's far beyond what most of us could ever afford and Hunter is so beloved by all that we get a great feeling knowing he's in there enjoying it for us.

A lot more. Can you imagine the property taxes on it? But then again, if the dude is paying that much for a place, he probably isn’t concerned about property taxes.

Panic rooms? If I had that much money I’d install a MG 42 in every room.

Thanks to Prop 13, the Property Taxes should only be around a Million a Year.
Just 1% of assessed Value plus any Voter Approved Bond Payment Indebtedness.

I’d rather have my own island, that isn’t subject to taxation. Buy the island, build a nice house and then live there and forget about the world and hope the world forgets about me.

Most islands have plenty of rainfall. Just set up a bunch of rain barrels and water storage tanks. I don’t think, on a tropical island that water is a problem, if you have the right set up.
A secure energy supply is more of a priority, I think. Otherwise, you’re a very rich subsistence farmer.
