Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Could the smoke haze that is being dispersed throughout the nation via western wildfires cause an increase in Covid-19 cases? Spike proteins could stick to the smoke particles.

If you are talking about smoke as dispersal agent, I don’t think so.
Strategically, the elites want more protection from their bioweapon than that. That’s the benefit of pretending the flu and graphene are actually Covid-19. The elites can avoid graphene and are likely to survive the flu.

NAC is used to help prevent or lessen liver damage caused by taking large quantities of acetaminophen (Tylenol).
The FDA recently forced NAC off the market. You used to be able to buy it on Amazon and over the counter from most pharmacies. It now requires a prescription… because of its positive impact at treating Covid. I did find it available on several online pharmacies and recently stocked up.

It gives very good information on how the supplements work to boost the immune system and reduce the chances of catching and the severity of the illness if caught. The study was done in India. It was listed on CDC website as 'peer reviewed'; in truth, the peer review rejected the study's conclusions regarding the efficacy of the vaccine and the usefulness of masks. Early Thursday morning CDC removed the phrase 'peer reviewed' and replaced it with 'revised'.
IOW, CDC tried to justify an arbitrary mask mandate with a scientific lie, then realized they had been discovered so just rendered an ambiguous justification. Any one who can discern the CDC's thinking in their ever changing mandates is ahead of me.
