Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

We had a VW super beetle...great winter car.
driving down the xpressway and the left rear tire came off and passed me. Rolled across a couple of lanes and ended up in a snowbank on the meridian.
It didn’t cause an accident as not many were on the road. Ended up selling to the guy who towed it.
