@RandPaul
BLM rioter punched a police officer in the face requiring surgical repair. Punishment? Released on his own recognizance! Non-violent trespassing in Capitol on January 6th? Solitary confinement without parole! Double standard? You bet!

‘bout time someone brought this up.
Not shocked that it is Sen Paul. Wonder how many of his fellow Republican Senators are going to stand with him.
We know Lindsey Graham isn’t since he wanted the Capitol Police to use lethal force on all of the folks in the Capitol that day.
Must call Sen. Rand Paul’s office and thank him.
Who else stands up to all this Dr. Fallacy and Leftist garbage?
The GOP looks like a cluster of jellyfish floating over a bunch of spinal columns that’s left them.
It’s good to see he is raising the issue and even mentioning solitary confinement.
Hopefully more to come about this.
I hope Rand Paul is living his life like every contact with the deep-state is a trap or attempt on his life.
I have no doubt he is hated by nearly every GS-15 and higher apparatchik in Government, and all their cronies - especially those in the intelligence agencies who can do something about it.
The twitter link does not work. Maybe they took it down.
“one is hard-pressed to explain why Hillary, Hunter, Comey, Al Sharpton, et al, aren’t in jail right now.”
I think PDJT’s first mistake was to not “LOCK HER UP” before 2/1/2017. I don’t know what arm of the government would carry it out — DOJ, FBI, etc. — but that early in the administration I think it could’ve been done. Get that notch on his belt first thing, and maybe everything would’ve been better.
Trump went too easy on too many people, for too long.
Unfortunately, you are becoming more and more correct as each day goes by.
He thought he could get them all to like him. As he’s always said, before politics, everyone liked him. It’s easy to really like being liked.(even if it’s an act for most)
Thanks. The twitter link above now works. I had tried a couple of times before commenting. Thought they took it down.
When it is more costly to do the right thing, and less costly to to the wrong thing or nothing at all, the rule of law is over.
A case in point: Paul submitting a referral to the DOJ concerning Fauci lying to Congress. The DOJ will give him a pass, it will be touted on the MSM 24/7 that Fauci has been cleared and Fauci’s reputation as a honest witness will be strengthened. This loud noise will completely drown out Paul’s assertion of the fact that Fauci lied under oath and Paul will be regarded as a sore loser — the charges were debunked, don’t you know.
He should have left it alone and just maintained his accusations against Fauci. He would have gotten more mileage. The rule of law no longer prevails in this country, replaced by the wielder of power.
It seems our side is going to have to do more than just point fingers and say “unfair!”.
It’s great that we have leaders like Trump and Paul who bravely speak out against corruption. And I mean that sincerely - these men are my heroes.
But the Marxists have made it perfectly clear that truth-telling and whistleblowing is not going to be enough.
If we want justice, they are going to make us fight for it.
And when we do, they will twist things around to make it appear we are the bad guys, we are the haters.
That’s what all this January 6 gaslighting is about.
That’s what all the white supremacy gaslighting is about.
The bullies are eating our lunch, and before we lift a finger to fight back, they already prepared with their lies - saying we started it. And since they run the school newspaper and have dirty pictures of the principal - they can get away with anything.
In 2021, self-preservation is a hate crime - that’s where we are. That’s his far we’ve fallen.
Agree. They hated him anyway and his supporters would have cheered such a move, so what was the downside?
Again, true and we have damn few GOP people who will fight. Jordan is an exception, which is why Pelosi won’t allow him to be part of the committee.
When was the last time a GOP House Leader told the Dem minority leader that 5 Congressmen could not be on a committee?
