‘bout time someone brought this up.
Not shocked that it is Sen Paul. Wonder how many of his fellow Republican Senators are going to stand with him.
We know Lindsey Graham isn’t since he wanted the Capitol Police to use lethal force on all of the folks in the Capitol that day.

If there wasn't a double standard, one is hard-pressed to explain why Hillary, Hunter, Comey, Al Sharpton, et al, aren't in jail right now.

Non-violent trespassing in Capitol on January 6th?
This conflicts with testimony today that the trespassers went medieval on their a$$!

I hope Rand Paul is living his life like every contact with the deep-state is a trap or attempt on his life.
I have no doubt he is hated by nearly every GS-15 and higher apparatchik in Government, and all their cronies - especially those in the intelligence agencies who can do something about it.

The twitter link does not work. Maybe they took it down.

At this point reform is not possible. The cards are stacked against fair play. We all learned fair play in the schoolyard. At higher levels it doesn't work that way anymore, maybe not even in the schoolyard anymore.

When it is more costly to do the right thing, and less costly to to the wrong thing or nothing at all, the rule of law is over.
A case in point: Paul submitting a referral to the DOJ concerning Fauci lying to Congress. The DOJ will give him a pass, it will be touted on the MSM 24/7 that Fauci has been cleared and Fauci’s reputation as a honest witness will be strengthened. This loud noise will completely drown out Paul’s assertion of the fact that Fauci lied under oath and Paul will be regarded as a sore loser — the charges were debunked, don’t you know.
He should have left it alone and just maintained his accusations against Fauci. He would have gotten more mileage. The rule of law no longer prevails in this country, replaced by the wielder of power.

WE NEED MORE:
- 30+ members of Nancy's USCP are under indictment or investigation for colluding with the tourists.
- 2 more USCP involved in the tourist action aren't even around to talk, after the inexplicable subsequent suicides of USCP veteran Officers Howie Liebengood and Jeffrey Smith.
- And not ONE high-profile defendant like Moose Hat has had an attorney with the brass balls to correctly subpoena those 30+ USCP officers under indictment. "Why did you let them through?" "Do you know that is an affirmative defense to federal trespass?" "Who told you to let them through? Who authorized it!"
- How does it happen that not ONE attorney wants to make a name for himself by aggressively defending their client??
- There was supposed to be a huge release of additional USCP surveillance video 10 days ago. WHERE TF IS IT?
- How about a tweet calling for Lt. Michael Byrd to testify to Nanzi's Comintern?
- How about a Senator approaching these 30+ USCP officers with guarantees of Congressional immunity if they will testify against Pelosi, and what Nanzi's plans were regarding Jan. 6, the report (script) she had prepared, and the orders she gave that day!

I wholeheartedly disagree. There is no double standard of justice, there is no justice whatsoever.
When a judge knows that other judges are crooked, corrupt, or dishonest and that judge does nothing then the whole system is corrupt. The same can be said for law enforcement.
When we tolerate crooked, deceitful, thieving, lieing politicians, then we are no better than they are. You have heard Edmund Burke’s saying, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” We are those good men.
When are we going to move?

There is no way they can get a fair trial in DC. Trump got 5% of the vote there.
