The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.

HAL'S CRYPTOGRAM HELPER
The first word is a common way to begin a sentence, and then it was straightforward. But I had to do a search for the author.

Easy. I recognized the pattern of the author’s first name. But knowing the first name, I couldn’t guess the last name. Then got the last word and went from there.
