Shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday evening, Royal Examiner received the following response from Valley Health President and CEO (Chief Operating Officer) Mark Nantz regarding comments by Front Royal Town Councilman Scott Lloyd citing their employee COVID vaccination mandate of July 19 as one reason he considers his vaccine-related ordinance proposal now an “Emergency” submission to council. That ordinance, as previously reported, would legislatively block by municipal code any private sector business or organization operating within the town limits from reassigning or terminating employees or members who refuse to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Part of the CEO's response:

“We are concerned that these baseless efforts to come between Valley Health and its employees will only delay vaccination and impact the safety of staff, patients, and the community.”

We're talking about the right of a small town council to protect the rights of employees in that town from being forced to take unapproved medications.

the EUA is fraudulent. Fraud vitiates EVERYTHING.

the disease was never isolated (Koch’s postulates).

the cures were removed from access and the CEOs and
their families were executed.

CDC patent owners’ pensions go astronomic.

The making of TRANS-HUMANS owed by BIG Pharma

Trust the medical-pharma-imsurance-government-UN complex.

Trust them with your children’s lives.

Those who say otherwise are your enemy.

So says Big Brother.

In partial defense of the Valley Health CEO, it’s employees ARE by the nature of their work subject to many close-contact incidents with persons who are ill and infected, and then indirectly in close contact with each other. Their environment relative to infectious diseases is not the same as the general public. Their risk level is not the same as the general public.

In the largest post-infection contact-tracing study done in New York state, identifying where persons acquired their Covid-19 infection, the largest venue outside of the homes was in the hospital, health care or nursing home setting. Such workers ARE like those with comorbidities, at greater risk than the general population by the nature of their greater risk, directly and indirectly, of contact with ill and infected persons.

Well, instead of forcing an inferior level of Immunity by experimental gene therapy, wouldn't it be better to have Natural Immunity as a CoVID survivor? All Valley Health has to do is provide t-cell confirmation of CoVID antibodies and issue an 'Immunity Passport' which denotes 'natural' or 'jab' as level of immunity.

So, you are suggesting that any Valley Health employee who has not had a Covid-19 infection go get one, intentionally? Insane.

Incentives are fine with me. Also giving people the full information of benefits and risks (I'm not in favor of pretending the vaccines are perfectly safe, even if safe enough for me). I am against all mandates.

I am against all GOVERNMENT mandates, but if I were heading a private health care facility and weighing the risks vs benefits for my employees, I’d conclude, from history in this Covid-19 pandemic to date, that their greater risk is in getting an infection than in getting ill effects from the vaccines, and the least risk in their work setting is to be vaccinated, more than not.

By 'one', are you suggesting people seek the infection to see if they survive it and have natural immunity? The answer is no, I suggest they get a t-cell antibody test to see if they already have a higher level of immunity as a CoVID survivor who may not have even felt symptoms, so they can get an Immunity Passport.

And yes, your suggestion is insane. Just look around you.

weighing the risks vs benefits for my employees,

That can only be done employee by employee. As soon as you say "employees" as a whole, you don't have an argument anymore.

“That can only be done employee by employee. As soon as you say “employees” as a whole, you don’t have an argument anymore.”

Nonsense.

Yes, individuals need to make their own decision for themselves, that much is true. But a major CEO has the entire workforce to consider, not just them self and not just any other individuals in particular.

If you are unhappy with your private employer’s workplace decisions, you always have the right to leave. You are not blessed with the right to make your personal decision theirs.

Their decision has to weigh as much as is known about all the risks and benefits for everyone. They have only the best data to rely on, and that does not mean there are zero negatives for someone. Weighing risks and benefits for large groups is always statistical, not anecdotal.

If you don’t work as an independent Consultant, always calling your own shots for yourself, you should.
