Omg my childhood, when everything was idyllic but I still loved all these emotion metal ballads singing about topics I had no clue about LoL.

Not the only one at all. Springsteen turned into a Leftist lolcow not long after his music started to suck. Good for Aaron Lewis and Staind.
Sounds from reports that this song is getting no radio time. Conservative radio talk hosts should play this song.

Why do we always have the crappy bands and muscicians on our side? Staind is one of the worst bands of all time.
This would be an interesting experiment:
Record two versions of the same song - one with pro-America patriotic lyrics like this, and one with typical leftie Bruce Springsteen-like woke lyrics.
Put both out and see which one is more popular.
(The problem would be YouTube censorship would make an even playing field impossible)

Had no idea he made the switch to country. The wife and I like Staind for a little while. There’s a song on their second album where he sings about feeling a little guilty for being happy about having made it big. That’s a good indicator of his character.
Born in Vermont and then his hippy parents split up and he went and lived with grandpa in Springfield MA. Grandpa did good. He was hunting when young and is a bow hunter. I guess country was inevitable.
