The girl and I were sick in February 2020 and I went to the store and bought lots of apple/ orange juice, fresh fruit and vitamins.

Everytime I walked by the refrigerator I drank some juice and took a vitamin c tab.

I cannot say we had the wufli but it had the appearance of it

Good info but how much Vitamin C should a person take? I take 2000 mg per day and have been for years. I have heard some people take as much as 6000 mg per day.

It is an industry known fact that 80% or slightly more of the world's supply of Vitamin C is in the form of ascorbic acid which comes from China.

This company makes ascorbic acid Vitamin C in Scotland.

FWIW, I take 10,000 iu of Vit D3 and 1000 mg of Vit C per day. Knock on wood, have not been sick in years and don’t, as far as I know, have kidney stones.

I generally take 1-2 grams of vitamin c daily. but i’ve seen many trials that were neutral to inconclusive as to the benefits of vitamin C.

that said, I’ve not had a cold many many years.

I do take about 10k iu of d3 plus k2.

Lately I’ve started taking two grams of b3 timed release niacin for my cardiovascular system. the time release makes it easy to do the high doses. You don’t get any benefit from the no flush version.

D3, Vit C, Zinc and magnesium and you are damn near virally bulletproof! Haven’t been sick in over 30 year since I started this. COVID vaccine can suck it!

I don’t take any vit C and don’t ever get cold symptoms. When I take vit C I came down with the flu.

Try Liposomal Vitamin "C"

We give IV Vitamin "C" in Hospitals....

Liposomal is equal to IV....

And you can make it yourself....
