Those pesky "national emergencies" can really screw up an election, you know.
By now everyone with two working brain cells knows, or pretends not to know, that Democrats cheated on a colossal scale to get Whisperin' Joe into the White House. So it's safe to say that Republicans, having wised up to the Donks' stratagems and skullduggery, will capture both House and Senate in next year's midterms. Right? Yes. That is, assuming elections actually take place on November 8, 2022.
Who doubts that Democrats, with a death grip on power now, are capable of anything to keep Pelosi and Schumer on top and Biden's cabal in the White House calling the shots? Well, in a takeaway from those absconding Dem Texas legislators, you can't be defeated if you don't show up for the game.
Fixing a presidential election proved simple; given the number of candidates involved, rigging midterms would be a reach. An alternative? Regarding national contests, things gets complicated, but here are two money quotes from a 2004 Congressional Research Service report on federal elections: Congress would have the power, by statute, to "postpone ... House and Senate elections," and "Congress could enact a statute delegating the authority to postpone an election to the Executive Branch." Justification for either action? "Terrorism," "calamitous events," and the ambiguous "national emergency" — such as, say, civil disorder on a massive scale leading up to Election Day.
Consider this scenario: on November 6, 2022, two days before federal elections, mayhem breaks out in New York, Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, and other blue cities across the country. Masked provocateurs roam the streets, damaging property, assaulting innocents, fighting the police officers confronting them, and targeting polling stations for burning. Before you think this is crazy and just can’t happen, think back to 2019.
Did anybody predict that states would start mailing out ballots to everyone, that cardboard boxes would be set up in the streets to collect ballots unobserved, that elections would be extended months prior to Election Day with unmonitored early voting, that signature and notary validations would be cast aside, that Republican observers would be banned from ballot counts, etc., etc.
Do not underestimate what democrats can and will do..
They already successfully swiped a massive national landslide.
The midterms will be simple after that.
The same way they have stolen every election recently.

After watching the democrats steal the midterms in 2018 with ballot harvesting and not even being called on it, you knew they were going to really push the envelope in 2020. After getting away with the biggest heist in world history in ‘20 without a single stooge being charged, I’d say we haven’t seen anything yet. I have been concerned about “mail in ballot, Covid Delta Variant 2.0” but I don’t think they need to go to the trouble. They’ll use corrupt machines again or just flat declare victory. If you have a problem with the process you can explain it to the Wray goon interviewing you if you decide to carp about the results.
Under Trump, the National Guard wasn’t used. Under Biden, it will be.
The Left doesn’t give a rat’s behind about their political pawns, and will happily sacrifice them in this play.

Last week, Biden delivered a bizarre address in support of the so-called “For the People Act,” which presumes to take away the discretion of state legislatures over elections in their states. President Joe Biden described as “vicious” the recent voting laws passed in Georgia and Texas, saying they were meant to “intimidate poll workers.” The president condemned the proposed laws of these two states as “21st-century Jim Crow.”
Biden hearkened back to the violent days of the student riots of the ’60s when he reused their battle cry: “The whole world is watching.” Then, Biden shouted a call to action: “We must act!”
Frankly, this is a call to violence against elected officials if Democrats’ political goals are not accepted. In the context of the riots in cities this past year, this speech seeks to legitimize the arson, assaults on police, and destruction of property we have just experienced.
...All this is bad enough, but then Biden said his duty was to stop “enemies foreign and domestic,” with his emphasis on the word “domestic.” This statement went beyond the insults and became a threat. Biden was telling his audience, including a television audience, that his political opponents are “domestic enemies....

Uh huh sure. The Democrats unilaterally cede the voting system they have worked so hard to own during the past decades out of the shear goodness of their hearts, proving they are not in league with the CCP, or any Communist ideology, and certainly not evil! If the RATs do succeed in making Fraud Friendly voting the national law of the land there will only be two ways to remove them from power. Civil War or Article V. Article V is only an option for a brief period . They will take over the State Legislatures just like they have done in California.
