You can’t sue over the effects of old age.

I used Johnson & Johnson No More Tears as a kid, and I’ve lost hair since then.

I guess “No more tears” has morphed into “no more hair” ...

Many chemicals are “potentially” harmful to humans in some way, but many times that “potential” is not met in some products because the chemical or the release of the chemical is not at or above a toxic level to humans; because humans have some degree of ability to mitigate many harmful effects of many chemicals if the rate of exposure is low enough.
It will be curious to see if the plaintiffs or J&J mention what level of exposure to DMDM hydantoin, over what time frame, is scientifically proven to be toxic and if the plaintiffs can meet that test.

Well, that’s one way to take care of your hair forever.
Use it once, and you never have to worry about your hair again.

To: dynachrome
formaldehyde donors like this one have been linked to allergies, rashes, hair loss, and cancer. No wonder they allow bums steal garbage bags full of cosmetics.

I was using their OMX shampoo and losing a great deal of hair. The loss has diminished substantially now that I have switched to a different brand. There is validity to this claim.

And less than a week ago, J&J recalled several of their Neutrogena aerosol sunscreen products.
To say they haven't exactly been hitting it out of the park lately would be an understatement.
