Public health officials and government workers are trying everything they can to promote COVID-19 vaccination — advertisements, news releases, cash lotteries, and even incentives like free beer, joints or doughnuts in some places.
But nothing sways a vaccine-hesitant person more than a word with a family member, friend or their own doctor, a new Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) poll reveals.

With Brown having swept away the reprehensible Doctrine of “Separate but Equal” that was the malodorous legacy of Plessey, and with outcry from the LGBTQ community that they face it in resurrected form as they reject “separate but equal” laws establishing for them Civil Unions and Domestic Partnerships in their pursuit of marriage equality — with that as prologue, one might believe that intelligent, and enlightened minds would forevermore assiduously avoid even the faintest whiff of the old demon.
Horrifyingly, not so.
Some employers’ new COVID Policies threaten to exhume the apparition from its crypt to invest its infernal malice into “separate but equal” treatment for the vaxxed and unvaxxed; two separate sets of expectations for two purportedly equal groups of people. One group will consent to the jab their employer prefers, and be accordingly rewarded. The other, will not, and will also be accordingly “rewarded”; the level of actual equality evident in these differing rewards being prudently doubted.
This is simply impermissible.
Such policies promise vaxxed employees preferential treatment to coerce them into accepting the only truly presented selection: to irreversibly receive experimental medical treatment that bears some known potential for negative health outcomes that could prove life-long, up to and including death. This coercion is Workplace Misconduct of an extraordinary severity as it originates at the highest levels of organizational authority.
Such policies threaten unvaxxed employees with disfavorable treatment to bully them into accepting the only truly presented selection: to irreversibly receive experimental medical treatment that bears some known potential for negative health outcomes that could prove life-long, up to and including death. This bullying is Workplace Misconduct of an extraordinary severity as it originates at the highest levels of organizational authority.
These policies segregate employees into separate but equal groups, and institutionalizes discrimination against the unvaxxed. This is especially odious as it emanates from top tiers of organizational authority.
These sorts of policies force employees to confront a Hobson’s Choice; a false choice in which the illusion of two selections is offered — get vaxxed and file a reson why you’re not — when, in Reality, there is but ONE affirmative selection offered that is deemed rejected unless accepted. The actual logical choice ISN’T, therefore, OR(vax, unvax), but OR(vax, NOT(vax)), because unvax == NOT(vax). Put another way, the choice isn’t between apples and oranges; it is between apples and famine.
Presenting employees with the illusion of two affirmative choices, when the Reality is that the false other choice is nothing more than the default condition of NOT choosing the ONLY available affirmative selection, is dishonesty that constitutes Workplace Misconduct, and it is especially egregious in severity as it arises out of the highest levels of organizational authority.
Forcing employees into this false choice is an abuse of authority that — because it is being done in the context of continuing employment, because that context provokes high anxiety about possible wrongful discipline and or discharge, and because that, in turn, evokes many substantive related fears (loss of income, personal economic upheaval, bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, unplanned emergency career changes, and more) — creates a hostile work environment, and that hostility is of utmost severity because the abuse emanates from the highest levels of organizational authority.
These COVID policies direct employees — under threat of discriminatory treatment — to expose themselves to experimental drugs that are of inherently elevated risk owing to their lack of the testing required to grant them full FDA Approval under which drugs are certified safe. Coercing or bullying employees into exposing themselves to conditions in which their actual degree of personal safety cannot be determined, in which their level of personal risk cannot be quantified, and their future health cannot be confidently assured, constitutes an inappropriate or illegal supervisory directive, and this is a grave offense because it originates at the highest levels of organizational authority.
It’s gonna land HEAVILY in HR Departments and Boardrooms all across the country if it’s not stopped.
I think you’re repeating yourself at some points (cut and paste errors) but aside from that, this is a very, very good post. Thank you. It is a horrible thing that employers are forcing on people. These “vaccines” are NOT true vaccines and are experimental, not FDA approved, not even of known efficacy, with unknown long-term health consequences. It is an awful situation for an employee to be faced with.
The seeming repetition is intentional — the same conditions constitute more than one type of HR-recordable workplace abuse, and each is separately asserted.
My uncle had mild flu-like symptoms for a day and a half after his second shot, but otherwise did OK.

[Today, the White House would order Big Tech and the MSM not to cover the permanent terrible side effects from the jab. It would just be a full-on Soviet-like propaganda campaign telling everybody to take the vax and ignore the negative consequences.]
This worked great for me, the liberals in my family got the shot and stay away because I won’t.
My Dad was a Conservative and taught me and my siblings well. He taught us to analyze...to think and not believe everything we hear. I remember watching 1984 and animal farm as a kid. None of us are libs.
Often now I get texted links of videos warning me of the injection from in-laws and family alike. Blessed.
Protect the vulnerable and 90% of the population is not vulnerable, but readily fends off the bug and develops the right antibodies to it.
Get all the old folks, and all the obese, diabetics and those with chronic heart and lung problems all vaccinated, THEY are the vulnerable. The rest will take their flu-like illness, get rid of it and in getting rid of it not need the vaccine.
Mine tried as well and me having an auto immune disorder in the past. I was blunt with him. In four or five years if nothing has fallen off of you and you’re still with us I’ll consider the witches brew, otherwise I’ll take my chances with my own immunity having already had covid. He dropped it.
My pastors wife got talked into the J&J jab by her hysterical sister. Next week she’s going in for biopsies on her breast as lumps have appeared. Another friend of mine took the jab and her breast and neck are eat up with knots and lumps and she’s having to seek treatments. Both perfectly healthy until they were inducted into the Church of Covid and followed the science-science fiction is a more apt description of the current medical profession.
