Mom made squash stew...Yellow squash, potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Not bad. Filled your belly.
We just never had squash when I was a kid. Lots of tomatoes, potatoes, corn, and beans. And strawberries! I like it stir fried with other veggies now and then.
I also like zuke bread - but in addition to being too lazy to make it, I am not supposed to have those CARBS. Ha.
