“Hollywood Ripper” Michael Gargiulo was sentenced to death in California Friday for the home-invasion murders of two women, including Ashton Kutcher’s then-gal pal.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Larry P. Fidler called 45-year-old Gargiulo’s crimes “vicious and frightening” as he handed down the sentence.
“Everywhere that Mr. Gargiulo went, death and destruction followed him,” Fidler said.

Jeez, this guys first murder was in 1993, last one was in 2008, 13 years ago.
And he’s more likely to die from natural causes while 20+ appeals waste the court’s time and enrich several law firms.
Death penalty in California is old age.
That’s just the ones they know about.

What? There is a judge in California who actually recognizes pure evil when he sees it, and sentences its vessel to death for horrible crimes?
Congratulations to the jury and the judge for seeing that justice is done for his victims and that this monster will never kill again.
