If this cheaper vax uses inactivated nucleocapsid portion of the virus, then it might be effective. However, from the article, I could not tell if it did. Also not sure if it includes the spike protein.

The data is that the nucleocapsid section, which the current vaccines do not code, is where most of the pre-existing resistance against serious disease resides, and without the spike might not be as harmful.

Letting any healthy person under the age of 50 to get natural immunity would be better immunity than the current vax, and those people are likely to have rather milder infections.

So no we don’t need the whole darn world to be vaxed-especially with ineffective and dangerous vax such as these mRNA jabs.
