Lightning usually hits the tallest structure in the area. For lightning to hit the side of a building is very unusual.

The photos suggest it was struck by incendiaries of some sort.It may very well have been a lightning strike, but I am willing to bet, it might possibly have been done deliberately. I am sure the powers that be, would love to blame some white guy, wearing a MAGA hat for it.
