Is there a Kefir or Kambucha brand that is not loaded with sugar?
(I’ve looked but without success.)

Lifeway Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir has no added sugar.
Because it is milk it does have natural milk sugar in it.
Kambucha needs to have sugar in it because without sugar the yeast starve to death.
You can get Kambucha where no sugar is added after fermentation but that is about it.

Walmart has some flavors, and I love the Blueberry, but I just found out about their grassfed. I haven’t tried the plain, which is much lower sugar, but the website says that Target sells the brand, so I’m going to check there.
