Morning Joe served up a classic example today of the liberal media's double standard when it comes to covering Republicans versus Democrats.
The subject was the fleeing from the Lone Star state of Texas state House Democrats, and Republican efforts to return them to the state to do their legislative duty.
Morning Joe painted the Democrats in near-heroic terms.
But Jonathan Lemire's take on Republican efforts to haul the deserting Dems back to Austin was altogether more negative. He derided it as:
"a political show. It's a way to stir up passions and play to the base."

What about the melodramatic scenes of Democrats jetting off to DC, posing for photo ops in front of the Capitol, making over-the-top speeches about the supposed Republican threat to end democracy, and fundraising off their stunt? No “political show” there? No attempt to “stir up passions” or “play to the base?” Apparently not, in Morning Joe’s liberal judgment.

This is all so predictable that I wonder why Republican strategists cant get in front of some of these stupid stories and start managing the narrative better.

I just don’t understand why any “news” shows just don’t come out and say that we love Democrats and hate Republicans. Not that either party is any good, but at least it’s in the open and not some supposed “non-bias”.

That’s what they call people like Karl Rove and Steve Schmidt.
Karl Rove, Steve Schmidt, Alex Castellanos, Mike Murphy, Stuart Stevens and others, problem is they are all Assistant Democrats.
So when they send out their community organizers to “talk” to unvaxxed folks, how are they going to prove they are talking to the person that is unvaxxed and add them to the “list”? ID? Isn’t it racist?
