Exactly. The driver looking in rear view mirrors would see nothing bu a manhole cover flying up. They would not see a body at all, as we can see by the video.
It says they are offering a $50,000 reward for identification, arrest and conviction but it is so stupid. Looking at the video, there is a very high likelihood the driver had no idea someone was coming up out of the ground.
