American Airlines passengers were filmed with their hands on their heads on a flight from Los Angeles to Miami on Wednesday. All passengers aboard the flight 2289 “were ordered to put their hands on their heads for 45-60 minutes before landing,” according to passenger Chris Nguyen, who filmed part of the bizarre incident:

Hey, why not? The public is beyond stupid. It’s fun to make them do things for the heck of it. Ask Fauci.
Did they say “Simon says” ?
Last line of the article is “Hands up! Don’t film!” Heh, heh.
This is another reason why I should probably avoid air travel...I’d be inclined to tell them to pound sand.
The passengers were stupid to put their hands on their head because the flight attendants didn’t first say SIMON SAYS when making the announcement!
Way I heard it on the radio this morning is that passengers were supposed to keep their hands above the heads (in view) and not video the activity.
They were filming a scene for Airplane 6!
Anyone else getting extremely tired of industries under heavily federal government control treating us like cattle?
They already got rid of the smoking section, so there’s no reason folks won’t accept getting rid of the “sit comfortably” section.
FBI involved? Of course it’s a cluster.
Probably figured a 1/6 demonstrator was there based on passenger data.
Hmmmm. Did the pilot go into Biden whisper mode?😲
Anyone else not wanting to fly commercial anymore?
Gross violation of civil rights. The entire plane was not suspect or under arrest.
Who gave the order? Was there a bomb on the plane? I think the American public deserves to know much more than this, but especially those passengers.
Simon Sez?
Scheduled carriers have become a twisted entity. Between lawyers, federal bureaucracy, politics woven into operations, and TSA / HSA bullshite, I just won't do it.
Sure seems odd. They probably had a suspect but didn’t know who might be an accomplice. To what, I dunno.
When on a few international flights we were instructed to buckle up and open the window shades about 30 minutes before landing. I presume that was because the government was watching for potential hostiles. I didn’t take it personally, figured they did it for all incoming flights. But that wasn’t in the USA.
Pick pocket on board???
