Next week, black Americans in Charlottesville won't see statues of Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson anymore. And then what?
They made some news at Charlottesville over the last few days:
The city of Charlottesville, Virginia, officially removed its statues of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee and Gen. Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson on Saturday.
The mayor then explained it all:
Mayor Walker says the statue coming down is "one small step forward" in a bigger push to accurately teach history, invest in wealth gaps, and dismantle white supremacy.
Well, let's see how those predictions work out, specially the one about investing in wealth gaps or dismantling white supremacy.
Next week, black Americans in Charlottesville won't see those statues anymore. They will continue to see lousy public schools, walk in dangerous streets, and hear about the next school name that must go. In reality, their lives won't be improved much until the political class talks about black-on-black crime and fatherlessness at home.
Why not try to fix fatherless homes by putting a statue of a father in every home
The south was given TOTAL amnesty so we could start to rebuild what had been destroyed in both men and property.
This DEM program is contrary to the History of out Nation. They've created a HUGE division that was not there before. This BLM cr** leads the way.
No, that is not what she said at all. At least that is not what I have heard being reported all night over the radio. Her actual statement was far more disturbing, far more manipulative, and in a religious context far more deceiving. I said it a few weeks ago and I'll say it again here, "the problem with what is happening is it is punishment for the sins of the father." It is the very ideology that keeps the middle east in tribal turmoil. Jesus came for the forgiveness of sin. There is no peace without forgiveness. Consider the phrase, "no justice, no peace." And all their phrases are wrapped up in revenge. Even the Mayor's actual statement is soaked in a demand for revenge for sins paid for in blood 156 years ago.
“Taking down this statue is one small step closer to the goal of helping Charlottesville, Virginia, and America, grapple with the sin of being willing to destroy Black people for economic gain,” Charlottesville Mayor Nikuyah Walker said as the crane neared the monument.
America has grappled with this sin and paid dearly for it in the form of the Civil War and we've made great leaps and strides to raise up the Black people. We have taken the steps forward to end discrimination in schools, jobs, and society in general. Black people have more opportunity in the country than any other nation on earth.
Are Black communities still struggling? Yes. But it is time for the Black people look inward and grapple with the sins in their own community. It is time to ask themselves why their communities are so, so broken and stop pointing fingers at everyone else.
The issue isn’t race. The issue is Marxism.
Kneeling didn't improve government, minority relations,

Based on the crime statistics, I’d venture to say the average black person is worse off.
Nope. Because the same racist, white democrats who demanded to remove the statues also demand racist government policies that hurt people.
The issue is good and evil.
