The Georgia secretary of state’s office on Tuesday announced it is investigating the flooding that delayed vote counting on Election Day in a Democratic county that includes Atlanta, and an incident in which Republican poll-watchers left after being told counting was done for the night but it later continued.
Election officials in Fulton first said a pipe burst in a room of the State Farm Arena where absentee ballots were being held, then later said it was a leaky toilet.
Republican poll watchers left the State Farm Arena around 10:30 p.m. election night after officials said counting would stop.

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed. The pipe burst story was the first account given. I believe that somebody pushed back and wondered why no plumbers were called that night. The result of the push back was locating an actual plumbing issue involving a leaky toilet. However, the leaky toilet problem, while it did happen the day of the election, was resolved during that morning. That's my conjecture based on my recollection of events, and I'm sticking to it! :)
