So, yes, certain individuals, a small fraction of everyone vaccinated, have some condition that exposure to the vaccines brings out, makes worse, exploits in some extremely negative way. Many of them are blood related conditions.

Unfortunately you cannot compare those two populations. Those who need to be hospitalized for COVID-19 are disproportionately ill and/infirm, while on the other hand the jab-taker category includes a larger percentage of healthy and young people. Moreover, it is much too early to assume anything about a "window of risk" because the window of months has been barely opened to peer through yet, let alone the window of years. So even the clearly pro-vax data source you linked to is not that reassuring upon closer inspection.
