Headline writing ain’t what it used to be.
It sure isn’t. I had to check the source to see if it was a local TV news report. It wasn’t. It’s from across the pond.
But local TV news journalism scrapes the bottom of the barrel. I truly believe they must hire junior college journalism dropouts who barely finished high school.

Journalism in the West, especially in the U.S., has become the profession of semi-literate children. Unfortunately the vast majority of the recipients of their product are also semi-literate. Pitiful!
